Warranty Terms

Standard Warranty Service

Emagic Standard Warranty is a 12-month service agreement that comes into effect as soon as the ordered products are delivered to our customers.

Warranty Period

Products are covered for defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the Buyer.

Specification Compliance

Covered products shall conform with Emagic specifications and the applicable user manual. Once products are sold, Emagic has no obligation to modify or update them.

Repair or Replacement

For defective products, Emagic's responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement free of charge if Emagic determines the product failed due to defects in material and workmanship.

Shipping Responsibility

Clear return and shipment terms.

Buyer is responsible for shipment to Emagic and bears all costs and risks associated with this transportation. Emagic is responsible for return shipment fees to Buyer after the qualified repair or replacement process.

Flexible Protection

Extended Warranty Service

Emagic also provides extended warranty service when customers need additional coverage. The extended warranty plan can be discussed and confirmed by both sides according to product type, service scope, and project requirements.
